Transforming Deliveries into Moments of Connection
We redesigned the Starship robot to enable item delivery between individuals while prioritizing personal interaction. Key features include:
Real-time video or audio chats to create meaningful engagement.
Personalized messages to make deliveries feel special.
Safety enhancements, like improved nighttime visibility, to ensure secure usage.
This new approach allows users to send items such as gifts, medicine, or forgotten belongings while fostering emotional connections.
